All orders will be dispatched with 1-2 days of receiving full payment. If an item is not available due to stock shortages we will offer a full refund or an alternative product.
Orders received by 3pm will usually be sent out same day so your items should arrive within 1-3 working days of your order being placed. If you are buying a gift we also offer a gift wrapping service.
All orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Delivery. You will be advised by email when your order has been dispatched and a tracking number will be provided.
Goods can not be collected from our premises.
There may be some exceptions which will be clearly shown. KiSOUB will not be held responsible for any additional costs which incur due to incorrect delivery addresses being provided, as these items may need to be re-delivered.
If you need to return a purchase to us for any reason, we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund within 14 days of you receiving your goods. To return any items please follow this procedure:
1. Email us at email@example.com to inform us that you are sending goods back and please include your ORDER REFERENCE NUMBER.
2. Please ensure any items you are returning are in their ORIGINAL CONDITION.
3. Complete the brief Returns Form that arrived with your order and place it in the parcel with the items being returned.
4. As soon as we receive your return we will email you to keep you informed. If you are returning items for a refund we will credit your account with the full retail amount. Please allow up to 3-5 working days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If you are returning items for an exchange, we will email you with further details and send your new order out as soon as possible.
Warranties & Guarantees
All products listed as new carry a manufacturer’s guarantee, the time period of the guarantee will be different for each product. KiSOUB will provide a standard 12 month guarantee on all purchases.
If your item is faulty or develops a fault within the time periods stated under ‘Warranties & Guarantees’ then we will pay reasonable costs for the goods to be returned. Please contact us in advance for returns procedure as refunds cannot be processed without the correct information being provided.
Reasonable care must be taken to ensure the goods will not be damaged in transit, and reasonable care must be taken to ensure we actually receive the goods, such as proof of postage.
In the event that we cannot provide an exact replacement a similar product will be offered. If we cannot provide an exact or similar replacement then a full refund will be offered. Any damages due to day to day use or wear and tear are not covered under this guarantee.
